We know that you ordered from us because are a fan of what we do. We also know that things don’t always go as expected. If you want to return an item for exchange, give us some feedback about a product or ask us a question about your order, please send us an email to the customer service email address above and a member of our team will be on hand to help as soon as possible.
What you need to know:
If you would like to make a return, please take the time to read the following text. Once you have done so, please send an email to the customer service email address above with your full name, order reference number and enquiry.
We operate with a 30 day returns policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
You are more than welcome to return your item for a replacement size, colour or design. We will always replace items if they are defective, damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at customerservice@art-of-
Photographic evidence of damaged items needs to be provided to approve a replacement or refund.
Refunds (if applicable).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This is usually done straight away but may take up to 14 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@art-of-
We will not refund an item in full when the item is not in its original condition, there are clear signs of use or it is damaged for reasons not due to our error. Nor any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Unless your t-shirt was defective when you received it, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
